If you can ignore Liam Neeson's off stage liberalism, you will view one of the most well acted and spectacular movies ever made, IMHO.

The brutality of the Nazis is contrasted by Schindler's compassion for the Jewish people.

You'll also enjoy the very end, set decades later in Israel; but I don't want to ruin it for ya :-).

As someone who wasn’t a fan of Liam Neeson’s acting chops up to this point, I must say he’s wonderful in this.

PROCON’s post #5 says it all. Schindler's List is one of the best movies ever made. And the fact that it was based on true events makes it even more powerful.
