A lot of rhetoric, but the reality is that Obamacare, the IRS and the EPA are all here to stay. So true. Almost every GOP Congressman and Senator ran and campaign speech after press release after TV commercial - "I will vote to repeal ObamaCare as my #1 initiative!"
