He’s predicting what will happen in the Midwest and East over the next couple of months. What does he think will happen out west? Things were looking good a few weeks ago as far as the drought goes, but since then nothing. I would love to hear Joe’s forecast.

I see a long train of moisture headed straight for the mid/north end of California, and Joe just tweeted that he will be talking about a wetter spring for California today.
It goes without saying it will rain in Seattle.
The high desert got some out of a low that brought up some moisture from the Gulf of California.
