Because they are so similar, that’s why. The Sandusky accusers actually had LESS evidence than the Cosby accusers BTW. In fact, the Sandusky accusers had no DNA, no video, no witnesses that could identify any victim of abuse, no police reports on several of the abuse allegations (one of the boys had told the police after the alleged abuse happened, but they didn’t take it seriously and told Sandusky to stop showering with boys).
I find it awfully incredible that all the people that defend Cosby for lack of “evidence” don’t defend Sandusky too.
What facts and evidence? Where’s the video, the DNA, the police reports after it happened-not waiting months or years to report it? Don’t tell me: you just believed all those people just because they said it happened?
True. And most of the women are not asking for any money. And most did not come forward until a comedian told everyone to google "Cosby rape," bringing attention to their cases from decades ago. People should remember that about 15 of these women, while mostly remaining anonymous, had already said that Cosby had raped or assaulted them and had said so 10 years or more ago.
There are new ones, who have come forward, but plenty of old ones.
And that in the ten years since then, they failed to file any sort of charges against him.

We already have seen that some women haters troll these threads because it gives them a chance to vent against the female sex, and pretend that it is only because they think that Bill Cosby has never raped, drugged, or sexually assaulted a woman, and is totally innocent of all that he is accused of by all of these women.

What does the statute of limitations have to do with anything? OJ Simpson was within the statute of limitations. Many wrongful convictions were within the statute of limitations. Just because something is doesn’t always make the outcome true. Unless you want to convince me OJ is innocent. Go ahead. Give it a try.

Correct. But the difference is that ‘all’ of the allegations against Cosby that I know about are beyond both the criminal and civil Statutes of limitation.
Because of the ‘silence’ of these women, no valid court action can be taken.
Because they allowed so much time to pass, the evidence (if there ever was any, that is) to prove or disprove the allegations is not available.
Sure they did, a police report in 2005 that resulted in Cosby settling out of court in 2006.

1) Constand filed her police report about a year after the alledged event.
2) Because there was no evidence, dna or toxological, the DA was unable to file charges.
3) Constand then sued Cosby for $$$.
4) The case was eventually dismissed as the parties reached an understanding ($$$ unstated.)
5) Given that outcome, it is highly unlikely that the settlement contains any kind of admission by Cosby. It is very probable that said document maintains his claim of innocence.
You should cease and desist in posting your twisted view of the outcome of the case.

Cosby settled up for a claim of drugging and raping a woman, and she had found 13 more Jane Doe victims of his, today there are many more.
