I actually looked at that place years ago when it was for sale for about $90K
The lower levels were flooded, and came with a warning that the water was full of toxins.
Despite that, I was tempted, but couldn’t quite afford it at the time.

That would be a dream come true if I had the unlimited monies to convert it into an underground housing complex.
I've seen similar projects that were absolutely magnificent in the creativity that went into their renovations............
