I hope there are laws in place that state if you willfully block traffic, and a person dies as a result, you get arrested for manslaughter.

If they are truly encased in Portland cement concrete, two questions:
1) How do they propose to remove the concrete
2) Have they any idea what alkaline burns from wet concrete feel like?
All it should take is a few pissed off truck drivers to run over the feral hoodrats for the clueless morons to get the message not to block the interstate.

I think they should set charges, drilled into the concrete. See if that loosens the attachments.

According to the Mass. State Police, the protesters attached themselves to 1200-pound barrels. Col. Tim Alben said six individuals were tied inside the barrels and had to be cut out of the barrels.

I remember several years ago when some protestors handcuffed themselves together with their arms inside large pipes.
The police brought in abrasive cut off saws and cut through the pipe with the protestors screaming.
