Report: Broncos let entire coaching staff go
NBC Sports ^ | 01/12/15 | Mike Florio

Well, that escalated quickly.

According to Vic Lombardi of CBS 4 in Denver, the “mutual parting” between the Broncos and coach John Fox has been chased by the release of the entire coaching staff.

It was believed that defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio was in trouble. Instead, everyone is gone.

That includes offensive coordinator Adam Gase, who currently is under consideration for multiple head-coaching jobs elsewhere. So if the Broncos, who know Gase better than anyone, have just fired him, why would anyone else hire him to be the head coach?

Way back in the NFL players strike when Del Rio was with the Chiefs there was a day of drama where players showed up at the stadium to confront those not honoring the picket line. Del Rio showed up riding in the back of a pick-up with a shot gun. Nuff said.

A third string quarterback plays three games and is ready for the NFL? I love it! ESPN needs to shut down their mock draft division and have them cover Australian Rules Football. Urban Meyer could have three starting QBs drafted this year.

Strategy worked for the Colts a few years back.

The Brooklyn/LA Dodgers had two managers from the time I was born until I was 44 years old, and they did reasonably well.

Elway is an idiot.

Not quite lol. But it was pointed out this morning that Jones didn't just "play" three games. He won three championships, each complete with a ring-- Big Ten Champions, Sugar Bowl Champions, and National Champions. All in a row. Not a bad start.

If I were advising Cardale, I would say go pro. Hopefully he would go to a team where he could sit for a year or two, and get used to the pro game. Nothing more to prove at the college level. Take the money and run.

Elways reaction seems an emotional one to losing again.

Manning is now whining that he was injured. So was Aaron Rodgers, but he managed to win his game.

"Manning has been playing with a torn quad for the last part of the season."

Yea, knew something wasn't right - an athlete like manning doesn't "lose it" that suddenly.
Hearing him booed by Bronco "fans" was disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I'm not a Manning fan, but I'm a fan of the sport and respect the living legends.
Classless, pathetic Bronco's fans.

I remember he assaulted Otis Taylor who was long retired when he showed up at Arrowhead.

Cardale’s from Cleveland, from the other side of the tracks from Hoyer in every conceivable way. It would be fun if a Glenville kid (Cardale) finally got to play with the Browns, see how he compares to that QB from rival St Ignatius (Hoyer).

Not bad. Fox got four years out of the Broncos since leaving the Panthers.
