We’re the same here in blizzard prone, sub-zero North Dakota. We take the dogs out, stay with them, and bring them in as soon as they are finished. The female’s paws seem more delicate, and she will start limping in a minute or two. I carry her out and in. We’ve just arrived in a camp for oil workers and contractors in the Baaken. The camp is packed with RV’s. Next week, during 2/2 rest rotation, going to build a decked porch area with doggie door and an easy path down to enclosed area to shield them from prairie winds.

I’ve got two dog doors so they can get in and out but when it gets cold like this I think they want me to go out with them.

My jack russell doesn’t like to be out when its cold. He bulks up for winter but has such a thin coat he doesn’t have a lot of protection.

Oh wow! That cold!

My cat, who usually enjoys going out even if it’s snowing has pretty much stayed in ...when He goes out I set the timer for five minutes...he does his business and is back before it goes off!

Are the RV’S designed to withstand the N.Dakota temps and climate?
