Reminds me of Boudreaux auctioning his dead horse. Thibedeaux said “Boud, de winner is going to find out de horse is dead.” Boudreaux said “Dat’s okay, I’ll give him his money back.”
It’s a defective ticket, he should get a refund. It’s an illegitimate ticket that could never ever win.
