Saw the photo of the Palin's dog on the local news tonight. The great "journalists" at ABC made no mention of Ellen's dog. Figures.
The only thing they "reported" was that Sarah said at least Trig didn't eat the dog. They were shaking their heads in disgust, but, of course they didn't give any explanation of why she said that.

Or kids?
Or dogs and kids at the same time?Yep to both. Would never allow my kids to use the dog as a step stool.
We always had a hell of a time trying to keep our kids from
sitting on the dogs...
laying on the dogs...
riding on the dogs...
picking up the dogs...
dragging the dogs around...
by their ears...
by their legs...
by their tails.
I would never allow my kids to treat any animal the way you've just described. I taught my children to treat our pets with kindness and to be gentle. It really wasn't a hard thing to do.
