All of the stuff between Baylor and TCU and the whole co-championship thing didn’t help the Big 12 in general, some players will probably avoid playing for Big 12 schools as a result in favor of schools from the other conferences, if given the choice.

As poorly as OU is playing, Clemson is kicking butt.
I believe Arkansas is the best 6-6 team in the nation and came on strong at the end of the season, I believe they will beat Texas.
Texas played much better as the season progressed as well, hopefully will be a good one.
Whatever. I’ll let you go look up the multitude of clips where Stoops is crowing about beating Bama last year. OU is getting totally embarrassed by the #17 team. Bama is playing for the Finals.

Arkansas has been in some good close games this year except for when they destroyed my Rebels. I believe every team that beat them this year has been in the top ten and some they have beat were in the top ten.

Thanks to the Sooners, I’m going to be hearing all about it tomorrow from the Clemson fans.
I watched part of it on espn. Then I tried to watch Texas/Arkansas and it tells me I have to buy an upgrade from comcast. So, since I don’t have cable I won’t be able to even watch the national championship game. Espn has the rights to all the bowl games. I hate espn.
And I hate comcast and the bought off politicians who allow the monopoly. I wrote Abbott about the monopoly and he never replied.

I too hate them and just dropped Comcast this month.
I now have Dish but just got advised they dropped Fox, so I dissed them too.
What are we left with?
The funniest part of the entire game was watching Venables? on the Clemson side act like some kind of hyperactive toddler who had to have a grown man babysitter literally (and I do mean the correct definition of literally!) pull him back from the field constantly....Venable looked like he was mentally unstable and was being herded.
