Space diving is the next big step beyond sky diving, and it is envisioned as a concept that would allow spaceflight participants a means of escape from a possibly disastrous on-orbit emergency, or perhaps just a new recreational activity for those no longer satisfied with merely jumping out of aircraft. The RL MARK VI would allow high-altitude jumps from near-space, suborbital space, and eventually low Earth orbit itself.

What made it even more funny was his orange face in that baby blue suit. I think they were putting something on his skin to make him look more tanned, so he didn’t have his natureal grey ‘corpse’ look.
That just made it worse.
GOD.... It’s so disheartening that people like this are our “leaders”..... Where in the hell did we go so wrong?
This stuff is quite real, certainly not ‘vaporware” so far a it is actually being fabricated and tested during recent years for upcoming space activities. I could not do this. The helmet info shows centigrade and also meters and meters per second. I’d hit the ground frozen stiff before doing the conversion.....
