I just had to watch it. I thought it was funny, sophomoric, ok to watch at home but wouldn't go to the big screen to see it.Mostly a slapstick comedy with no redeeming social value.

Watching “Christmas Vacation” for the 25th consecutive year tonight. Still a lot funnier than this movie probably was the first time.

I didn’t know a comedy needed redeeming social value. I thought only pornography needed redeeming social value. So if this movie needs redeeming social value and is corny does that make in the genre of cornography?
I would suggest that killing Kim Jung Un would be a redeeming social value.
