Try running it in “compatibility mode” .

Find Setup.ece on the disk, right click—>properties—>on one of the tabs you can choose to run in compatibility Win XP from one of the carrots.

Find Setup.exe on the disk, right click—>properties—>on one of the tabs you can choose to run in compatibility Win XP from one of the carrots.

That was my first thought as well. Software from 2010 should be able to run compatible with Windows 7, if not, try compatible with Windows XP.
