In the last 12 months, Apple sold 68 million iPads, with a slight slowing of pace while people were waiting to see what the Phablet iPhone 6/Plus would be like. Microsoft has perhaps sold 1.5 million MS Surface Pro 3s.

It is also the two week pre-Christmas anti-Apple product FUD season. Get out the PopCorn. For those of us on low-carb diets, we can string it into nice decorative garlands! — PING!
