When the Republican Party takes over majority control of Congress in January, it will face a number of battles that must be fought with the Obama administration ranging from its amnesty intentions to the repeal of ObamaCare, but high among the battles is the need to rein in the metastasizing power of the Environmental Protection Agency.

That would be nice if possible. Sadly, I'm not sure the incoming congress has the gonadal fortitude to do anything to this out of control agency.

We just have to some how convince them that the Chamber of Commerce wants it. That will get them in gear.

Battles? LOL. Its more like opportunities to surrender.

The fact that Boehner is the "leader" of the House tells you everything you need to know about the state of the Republican Party.

The new budget bill cuts the Environmental Protection Agency’s budget to $8.1 billion, 21 percent below peak levels in 2010.

All the GOP-e would need to hear is “Nixon created the EPA” and they automatically “take ownership” and make excuses, trying to make it seem “conservative” somehow.

I have wondered what the term “with Congressional oversight” means. It could mean that an agency cannot change its policies and regulations without approval from all or even a committee in Congress.

The only thing the incoming congress has on their agenda is to get their hands into the pile of other peoples money.

Thomas Sowell predicts the Iranians will get a Nuke and use i on the USA and Obama will surrender. If that happen its Wolverine time and the first targets will be the politicians then the Iranians.

The new EPA proposals for ground Ozone would put almost all metropolitan areas in the country in “Non-Attainment” zone.... Such a classification HALTS virtually ALL development.

Any new increase in emissions has to be off-set with 1.5X the level of reductions.

Drilling will be halted in larger swaths of the country. It’s a nightmare scenario that will crush our economy.

1 - Overturn all EPA Regulations written since January 2009.

2 - Defund the EPA

3 - Rewrite the EPA charter and give them 10% of current budget to maintain Clean Air and Water standards set in 1990.

The New Congress Must Save the USA from the EPA

Yet they will do nothing. Unless they're in one of their "Out Democrat the Democrats" moods and actually propose NEW draconian moronic rules.
