Eaten Alive Viewers Outraged Man Wasn’t Actually Eaten Alive

Apparently the only thing worse than promising a man will be eaten alive by an anaconda is for a man to not be eaten alive by an anaconda.

Many viewers felt Discovery had pledged adventurer Paul Rosolie would be utterly consumed by an anaconda on his special Sunday night. After all, the show was called Eaten Alive and its official programming guide description told viewers that a man “enters the belly of an anaconda.”

I am outraged. When Discovery says there are mermaids they delivered mermaids. When they say a dude will do a high wire act the dude does it. So when Discovery says some crazy guy in a special suit will be eaten I expect at least the head and torso to enter the anaconda's belly.

I thought that was going to the main problem when I first heard about this. Then I got the impression from Discovery the suit somehow would protect the wearer from the constriction. Looks like Discovery lied.

I agree. Discovery produces mermaids. History Channel has proven over and over again that the ancient Gods were really aliens who ruled over the Earth for thousands of years, that Atlantis was real and somewhere off the coast of Cuba and that ghosts inhabit pretty much every run down house in America. So why can’t Eaten Alive be real too?????
