When I’m intensely working, the length of time I work (can’t get what I’m doing out of my head and I’m not tired), plus the amount of time I need to eat and sleep...

adds up to more than 24 hours !

Voila, I’m on a sort of “rotating” clock, going to sleep and waking up later each day.

Then, when I get to a good breaking point, and the work is “done”, I go back to a 24-hour schedule, because I don’t have that internal drive going on work to that level of intensity.

So me, personally, I’ve learned to not really worry about sleep so much.

I found out when I was young that if I lost sleep a few nights, I’d get very tired and eventually after a few days get a good night’s sleep.

IMHO, hope this helps to ease your concerns.

Actually it does. Anything that reaffirms the fact I won’t go bonkers or have the mother of panic attacks if I don’t get at least 6 straight hours of shut-eye each day helps. Cause that’s also a fear of mine.

God I’m a basket-case lol.
