Los Angeles is a cesspool ... and it's in Kalifornia. Lots of places near LA that are worth the time to visit, if you have to be there.

Stonehenge, and surrounding area, was fascinating.

Can't speak to the Pyramids, or to Paris.

Most places in CA aren’t what they are cracked up to be. San Francisco isn’t that great. There are some good places to eat and the Golden Gate and Alcatraz are nice, but otherwise it’s not that great of a place.

Los Angeles is one of the largest cities in the world, geographically. Now nearly all cesspool.

Have given numerous family and friends tours and they all loved it.

I agree with you; it was definitely worth the day-trip while on a cruise. Included on the tour was a long stop at Salisbury Cathedral, with a guided tour. It made for a wonderful day.

I’ve always warned people to avoid LA ...but the California you revile is beaUtiful! I defy many places to top Yosemite, love sequoia and Kings Canyon.

My favorite state: UTAH ... Absolutely beautiful!
