Actually as an fyi:

during the 80's they had an Iowa Equal Rights amendment fight and since it was only a single paragraph long, I got curious and dug into it.

Believe it or not, the entire amendment revolved around one, single word: gender.

Technically, sex revolves around male and female, what SEX we're born as. Gender on the other hand, depends on masculine and feminine, our sexual state of mind. Obviously, masculine and feminine can cover any kind of strangeness we can conjure up, but male and female are pretty much cut and dried.

Just another lib/prog/dem weasel word to watch out for like 'fair','extreme' and so many others.
