It’s a legal longshot, but an actress who has accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault four decades ago is planning to sue him.
And Louisa Moritz is trying to get at least nine other women to join her in a class action against the embattled funnyman — even though in her case the criminal statute of limitations may be long passed.
Best known for her role as Rose in the Oscar-winning “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” Moritz revealed her plans to TMZ.com.
Moritz, one of a dozen women who have come out of the woodwork with tawdry accusations against Cosby, claims the comedian assaulted her before a 1971 appearance on "The Tonight Show" with Johnny Carson.
The Cuban-born actress said she was in a dressing room when Cosby knocked on her door and offered kudos for her acting. She said Cosby buttered her up with an offer to "make her a major star" before he attacked her.

Here's a thought. Maybe the allegations are true, but because he was both liberal and black, the MSM were afraid to report it. Maybe it's true, but because he's had the audacity to comment on the corrupt black "experience", now the MSM is giving the allegations legs.
But make no mistake, even though Cosby has correctly condemned the black culture, he's still no friend to either the white man or to truth. He's just as liberal as he ever was.

Actually the timeline runs from 1965 to 2004.
Didn’t she play the part of a hooker in “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest”? I remember the part where a hooker was smuggled into the mental ward.
She was the ditzy lead in on the Joe Namath Show in thefall of 1969. That’s how old I am.
Attacked must have a different meaning to her than it does to me. Because attack to me means you call the police.
That is one reason there are Statutes of Limitations.
How does a class action based upon individual torts work?

Any woman that joins that class-action lawsuit is going to get screwed—AGAIN. The class-action lawsuit is the biggest scam around. If you “win”, the law office gets a huge chunk of any money awarded and the scraps get divided among the plaintiffs.
For any woman that is a victim, join this class-action lawsuit if you want to see the law office walk away with millions and you get a car wash and a large pizza.
This whole entire story is a case of “follow the money”. I have no doubt that Cosby did at least a few of these rapes, but good luck proving it in court.
It’s ironic that the Hollywood execs and their legal offices intimidated and paid off victims because they were making mega-bucks off Cosby. Now that he’s 70+ years old, making them no money, and pissing off the entertainment establishment, they’re more than happy to chuck him under the bus and let the accusers swarm in for their cut.
Cosby’s fixer has all kinds of records of women getting paid off. Guess what? That means that they’ve settled out of court, whether they know it or not, and are entitled to NOTHING in the court of law. This is why any lawyer worth a tin whistle will tell you not to accept ANYTHING from the defendant or their lawyer. Nothing, not even a stick of gum. I’ve heard of accusers accepting an invitation to dinner to discuss the upcoming case. You guessed it—they just settled out of court for a steak dinner.
