Wait a sec, wait a sec... Is he going to file it or go on tour to announce he’s going to file and let us know what’s in it if we show up at one of his town hall meetings that cost $25 to listen to him tell us he can’t say much more for fear of a lawsuit? Sorry but I had the chance to listen to him awhile back and I wasn’t impressed by the man. I thought he would be so much different but I can almost see how he could have given Al Capone a run for his money back in the day if he’d gone the other way...

He’s already duped us already several times. Not buying it this time...

Its a good guess that this will be dismissed either because Arpaio does not have standing to sue, or that he has not been harmed by Obama’s Order (yet), or both.

I got access to that system too. Does it have the original petition up on there already?

I’m shocked. I guess tickets go on sale next Friday eh?

No harm means no standing.

Governors and State Attorney Generals have standing.

Yeah Complaint filed, Summons issued for all defendants and a Standing Order (regarding procedure, etc.). I’d buy a ticket.

“He’s already duped us already several times. Not buying it this time...”

He hasn’t duped anyone. If you paid any attention to the case then you would know better. Just because you didn’t get what you want when you want it then you attack the investigators who have tried everything to get the message tried. It is so childish and frankly I don’t blame them for standing back and saying why am I doing this so that people like you can attack our character. Your comment is ignorant.

We he’s dragged the cart without a wheel for several years now and made promises but not delivered. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable at all.

I’m an investigator so I know the diligence required to conduct a very complex investigations that have taken me years to solve and complete. My issue is that he never should never had said he was going to release info within a certain time frame if he wasn’t going to make good on his promise. It hasn’t just been once either.

I am relieved that citizens have no standing. The courts just want us to bow before the “dear leader”... I will have to practice bowing and scraping before “Barrack the First”..

I think he makes a pretty good case for standing. From his lawsuit....

Plaintiff Joe Arpaio is adversely affected and harmed in his office’s finances, workload, and interference with the conduct of his duties, by the failure of the executive branch to enforce existing immigration laws, but has been severely affected by increases in the influx of illegal aliens motivated by Defendant Obama’s policies of offering amnesty. In this regard, as detailed in Exhibits 1, 2 and 3 to this Complaint which is incorporated herein for reference, Plaintiff Arpaio has been severely affected and damaged by Defendant Obama’s release of criminal aliens onto the streets of Maricopa County, Arizona. This prior damage will be severely increased by virtue of Defendant Obama’s Executive Order of November 20, 2014, which is at issue. 28.

Thus, the Office of the Sheriff has been directly harmed and impacted adversely by Obama’s DACA program and will be similarly harmed by his new Executive Order effectively granting amnesty to illegal aliens. 29.

Defendant Obama’s past promises of amnesty and his DACA amnesty have directly burdened and interfered with the operations of the Sheriff’s Office, and Defendant Obama’s new amnesty program will greatly increase the burden and disruption of the Sheriff’s duties.

30. First, experience has proven as an empirical fact that millions more illegal aliens will be attracted into the border states of the United States, regardless of the specific details. 31.

Second, the experiences and records of the Sheriff’s office show that many illegal aliens – as distinct from law- abiding Hispanic Americans – are repeat offenders, such that Case 1:14-cv-01966 Document 1 Filed 11/20/14 Page 9 of 19 10

No he is just like us. He believed that in justice system his case would be heard. He had no idea to what lengths the justice system would go to cover everything up. He is just as demoralized by it all as the rest of us.
