*VANITY* Is your city on the Ferguson protest list?
Interwebs | 11/18/2014 | thefactor

A number of groups are preparing to protest the inevitable Ferguson Grand Jury decision in regards to Officer Darren Wilson.

Below are a couple links to planned protests in dozens of cities around the country. I suggest you look to see if your city is on this list and where the planned events are taking place. Then, avoid those places!

Ferguson Protest Link 1

Ferguson Protest Link 2

The above links are not spam or a blog. The first one is to a group called The People's Power Assembly. The second link is to a Tumblr page. Yes, they are very progressive pages, but that's where this information is located.

One of those lists mirrors the OWS list.

True: Idaho, for some strange reason is not on the lists.

“Riot here, die here,” could have something to do with it..

The NC protests are organized by Black Workers for Justice, which certainly sounds like it’s communist.

I’m sure. Same principal leaders involved in a number of those groups. They feed each other contact lists and resources. They all have their own message, they are just pimping out the Ferguson cause for their own gains.

Two bucks (no racist pun intended) to a hole in a donut says no riot in Longview.

Thank you for the links. Several of my family members live close to two of the locations in Florida, so I sent them the addresses with the times, and the links also. They are so busy that I think they would be caught unaware. Now, at least, they are forewarned.

I would think not, but one never knows what the Communists from out of town are planning.

Can never be too prepared. These are only the planned events. Of course, there will be spontaneous events when the verdict is announced as well as for days afterwards. I’m not saying people should go out and get food, water, ammo, and batteries but it’s always better to prep those sorts of things. Especially if you live near areas where protests are likely to happen.

Austin @ the APD: odd choice since Chief Acevedo lets his guys shoot black people pretty much at will.

The closest one to me is on a liberal college campus - at a ‘cultural center’ named after a local banker - I bet the wannabe hippies don’t know that :).

I don’t think I’ll need a gun to fend these protestors off...maybe a few Starbucks giftcards, though.

Good point. First the Amish in Atlanta don’t give a rat’s bazoo about Ferguson and second its 25 Degrees outside right now and getting colder tomorrow. They will be huddled in their apts or Waffle House. There are not going to be any riots in Atlanta anytime soon.

Yeah. It may be that "sure, you can have a free TV if you can manage to get it to the parking lot alive" attitude.

They better not try this in MPLS/St.Paul.

Too cold for the thugs.

Plus they need to wait until after 11am when the gibmedats wake up.
