Yes-getting rid of ALL exemptions to the ACA should be the first thing they do.
We'll be able to find out from the vote how many, and who, the Grubers are in congress.

Congress is not exempt from Obamacare. In fact, Congress (members and their staffs) are explicitly required to purchase insurance from an Obamacare exchange.

See Judicial Watch, they have already filed a Federal Lawsuit to have CONGRESS sign onto Obamacare. They Claimed under PENALTY OF PERJURY in their Filings that CONGRESS was a small business with less than 50 employees when in reality it is 700 something. The Courts will do it for them soon I suspect
