Super high crime area of Philly. Drugs, prostitutes, gangs. It is where that woman was abducted right off the street a few weeks ago. It’s like so many other ethnic Catholic neighborhoods in northern cities that were seized upon and busted up by the Jews during the civil rights movement of the 1960s.
