In a newly surfaced video, one of Obamacares architects admits a lack of transparency helped the Obama administration and congressional Democrats pass the Affordable Care Act. The conservative group American Commitment posted Jonathan Grubers remarks, reportedly from an Oct. 17, 2013, event, on YouTube.
Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage, says the MIT economist who helped write Obamacare. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.
Oh, she absolutely thinks it was worth any sacrifice to get universal gov’t healthcare in place.
No more powerful weapon exists to control the people than granting or denying healthcare based on “loyalty”.
And now, they can go home permanently and “spend more time with their families.” Ask Stupak.
And now these senators can go and appear on MSNBC as commentators and make excuses for their vote:
Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska — lost to Dan Sullivan, R
Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark. — lost to Rep. Tom Cotton, R-Ark.
Sen. Mark Udall, D-Colo. — lost to Rep. Cory Gardner, R- Colo.
Sen. Kay Hagan, D-N.C. — lost to Thom Tillis, R
Russ Feingold, D-Wis.
Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark.
Arlen Specter, D-Penn.
Sure they did, twice. First they elected the bums and then when it looked like it would be passed they said basically nothing.
Johnny Gruber proves that without the stupid, there is no democrat party.
