They can move out and support themselves at 16 I guess?
Parent’s basement, anyone? We currently have a nation full of permanent adolescents as it is. I’m just saying if two kids 16 and over are determined to have sex, might be better to marry them off and support them however they can (the parents, not the taxpayer), until they are self-sufficient.
