Excellent. Maybe the University will learn to set aside a pool of money to pay off the suits this professor will repeatedly cause. They certainly will not have the courage or character to fire her.
The University should be included in the suit. At this point, they’ve no motivation to change the behavior of any of their staff (and for lots of other evident reasons as well).
