The seems to be a similarity between MS Windows and Obama-care:

“If you like your operating system (XP), you can keep your operating system”

NetMarketShare's OS market share graph for October 2014.

Interesting distorted chart. It shows Apple Mac OS X.9 at 3.9%, but where are the rest of the Apple Mac OS X listed? Another view of NetMarketShare shows that Apple Mac OS X is 7.05%, LINUX at 1.41% and "Other" which this chart lists at 4.86% is listed at 0%. Hmmmmm. They are hiding all the rest of the OS X usage along with Linux in "Other!"

Let's look at NetMarketShare's October 2014 OS Market Share listing only the major OSes. . . without trying to obfuscate and hide OS X:

Apple is a much higher component of the mix than they show. Here is the chart with the breakdown of what is being hidden under "Other."

Contents of ""Other" category.

Add the 3.16% of other versions of OS X hidden in "Other" and even the second chart is a bit distorted as the total is 7.06% Macs. Incidentally, the actual world market for Macs is now a tad over 10% market share according to actual sales statistics.
