Japan has been doing QE, and failing, since 1989.

The U.S. just ended QE. Our GDP is up 3.5% this Quarter.

I had five years of graduate school statistics — three in one program and two in another. Rogue actions of a central bank are not noise and most certainly not evidence of a free or random market.
