There was a FReeper here who mentioned to a Chinese acquaintance that the North/Central/South Americans are descendants of the Siberian hunter groups and related to the Chinese.
The Chinese man was insulted and said something most rude about the transplanted FIRST Americans, the Indians, misnamed as Columbus thought he had reached INDIA.
