Seriously? OK, well, The animals running around Furgeson are feral types. The Oakland/Crip/Blood gangbangers are feral types. Because they act ferally rather than like civilized people. And it isn’t the sole province of blacks by any stretch.
What I’m saying is that they havent even the ability to build, run and maintain even a cockroach riddled burger joint.
I can’t believe those Euro dum dums on the bus clapped for her. Did they think it was some comedy routine? There are venues and places for trash talking expressions but on a guided tour bus is not one of them.
PS. At least they walk on the sidewalks in Chinatown.

Yea, there is a long running hatred for the Chinese there. Same reasons. They see the ‘asians’ as ‘taking whats theirs’. Same as the Mexicans.
If you are happy with them, DON'T GO INTO THEIR KITCHENS unless it's just a QUICK peek. Don't look up or down; don't look beyond the chef's face.
The Chinese restaurants aren't clean. They haven't learned because they KNOW that inspectors can be bribed. Be warned. Amen.
Pearl S. Buck's story don't tell of the filth. They tell of the way life was like back then. It was hell for all females. The Chinese bound the feet of their WEALTHY females, so they would have the "lotus feet."
The ONLY way a female could redeem herself was to bear sons. When the female slaves, usually raped by any/all of the males in the family, born a son, she was "in like Flynn."
If she bore a daughter, baby girl was thrown down a well or strangled.

I’ve been to Chinatown in SF years ago. I thought it was very nice.
It does make sense. The status of victimization is more difficult to attain if a group is unable to move past third place.
I would NEVER go into a Chinese restaurant kitchen in Chinatown after visiting their restrooms, lol.
Their cuisine is wonderfull, though.
The dental staff I trained on our equipment is located in downtown Atlanta. The dentist is a highly skilled, professional plus a teaching center. The operation is smart, classy and very well run. All black except one white assistant. Hooray-—it can be done black folks and the whites, asians and latinos are not holding them back for success. When I see it live its a wonderful thing—as it should be the norm.
Whoa, that brings back a memory. Early 60s, I was in fourth or fifth grade, and the school brought in the Technology Breakthrough Of The Day, a (drum roll..........) SPEAKERPHONE, so we could all have a conversation in the gym/auditorium with Pearl S. Buck. My mother, whose dream from her childhood was to see China, wanted to hear all about it when I got home. Little did we know that just three years later we would be moving to Japan and got to see Yokohama's Chinatown, which was essentially a Maoist enclave at the time, and as close as one could get to China in those days. (The last time I was there was in Nov 2006, and it was very different from what it had been in the late 60s.)
GOT IT.
The African-American restaurants (none left in San Francisco that I know of) are successful because their restaurants are clean and produce food that people want to buy and eat. They WERE successful but the real estate prices in The City ran out MOST people of plebeian means.
THEY don't have ANY reputation of close-downs for filth that the Chinese have. As much as you may hate to believe it the Chinese were/are/will be the filthiest people on earth...not personally, just their homes and restaurants. Why do you think they would change NOW?
Being POOR doesn't mean being DIRTY. Being DIRTY in this day and age, as the Chinese homes and restaurants are, has to do with spending MONEY on it. It does take money to keep a restaurant (and a home) clean. The Chinese would rather spend the money on education, a Beamer or going out to a Chinese restaurant for their big Sunday DIM SUM.
Wow! What a cool memory my post brought up. About 15 years ago, the actress Valerie Harper had a one-woman show about Pearl Buck. I don’t remember any of the details, sadly, which kind of figures in to my interest in her books, lol!
But she didn’t rage about the Castro District?
The Chinese and Mexicans will work like dogs. The Chinese especially. They pool resources as families, share their houses across generations, work doubles AND go to school to succeed. Mexicans aren’t as dedicated, but they still work like fiends in backbreaking jobs in the fields, lawns, factories...
And one group sits with its hand out demanding 4 inch fingernails on the govt. tab, big screens and can’t read cursive.
It’s not racism. It’s entitled reality. And it’s the Democrat/libs that created it. Now, generations removed from the blacks that used to also be willing to work endlessly, too proud to take handouts, we have this.
Black people are VERY clean as you point out. Their restaurants are pristine and their home cookin’ is “let’s eat off the floor” good. This must be one of the problems that this black tour guide has with the Chinese.
But no one but ardent fans of The Wire would go on such a tour.
Their food was good. I don't eat it any more.
It is also LOADED with msg. That is a most useful taste enhancer.
My toes have been "retrained" by these wonderful squooshy toe separators. I wear them on both feet, between the big and second toes. They have, over the years, re-aligned my feet, finally.
I taught yoga for 27 years and aligned my body so that I am in good shape now, overweight, but good shape. I go to Weight Watchers for THAT. :o)

As a whole, the Chinese assimilate much better than the blacks. The Chinese don’t bring us the crime, welfare, and political correctness bs we have to deal with like we do with so many blacks. The Chinese and other Asian groups are non-violent, hard-working, and responsible citizens. I wish I could say the same for most blacks.
