It is time for the IRS to go-
There no longer is a reason
For the pecuniary punishments
That it levies every season

And all the way back to Nixon
Not only on those who produce-
Obama uses his playbook to put
His enemies’ necks in a noose

Tax that is flat or on sales
Is equally fair to everyone-
We should make Lerner do time
And stamp all IRS files “done”

I have eaten barbecued pecuniary, but it does not taste very good to me-feral hogs are much tastier, and there are plenty of them around...

I’m glad to hear that the little dog is well-I’m sure all the pet haters will be deeply saddened, though...

If the priest out here was a liberal sort, I’d have to drive 30 miles to mass in another town-intolerant I may be, but it is bad enough to see that on the news and internet-I refuse to listen to it when I go to church.

We’ll never get rid of the IRS. Politicians get fat by doling out tax favors.
Nice poem.

Thank you! I remain hopeful, even though it would take a majority of fiscal conservatives in both houses to make it happen...

Very interesting. However, I don’t quite understand how priests opting out of signing civil marriage certificates makes a statement. What is a Catholic couple to do? Operate like Europe where the couple has 2 marriages — one at the city hall and one in church?

I can sort of see his point if the state carries this insanity a little farther and tries to force the clergy into performing same sex marriages — like the edding cake bakes and photographers. Short of that, however, I don’t think the suggested protest will go anywhere except cause a lot of trouble and expense for heterosexual couples.

IF we are pushed against the wall, we may need to have two marriages. It will be End Times indeed at that point.

Do we have no clergy, or laity, willing to stand up against this nonsense?

Under obamacare, the government and the insurance companies are exacting pecuniary tributes from us, leaving us in pecuniary difficulty.

(This was just TOO EASY!!!! : )

With beef prices soaring and minimum wage activists targeting McDonald’s, a Happy Meal won’t be so happy at $12.
