This makes no sense politically since oil prices are under 3.00 a gallon...
I see no dem advantage in driving down prices even more...
I do wonder if releasing the reserve has something to do with Russia...

lower oil prices, thats that much more gas they can buy to bus voters to more districts to vote in.
