On Drudge now.
requesting a CCW is clear evidence of instability. —
Catch 22 ??? Pun intended.
Upper West Side libs?
The estimated population of New York state is 20,000,000.
So this effectively states that 1 in 500 New Yorkers is mentally unstable. Based on National Institute of Mental Health statistics, that is a serious under-count.
According to the NIMH, “In 2012, there were an estimated 9.6 million adults aged 18 or older in the U.S. with SMI (Serious Mental Illness) in the past year. This represented 4.1 percent of all U.S. adults.”
“In 2012, there were an estimated 43.7 million adults aged 18 or older in the U.S. with AMI (Any Mental Illness) in the past year. This represented 18.6 percent of all U.S. adults.”
While it shouldn’t be of any great surprise, this fits almost *exactly* to the Standard Distribution (or bell shaped) Curve.
Based on this, there are likely 820,000 New Yorkers with SMI, and 3,720,000 with AMI.
And they vote.
One half of 1% of the city population: I believe it.
DiBlasio,Shumer, Gillibrand and Cuomo at the top of the list?
I’d like to see the instability reasons. 40,000 in a population of 19 million plus. (.0021%) Never know, this could be a good thing. Just say’n.

- SCOTUS is a joke -
- I recall that one Justice on SCOTUS stated that when the honest American citizens lose respect for a corrupted political US Supreme Court they will start ignoring the BS SCOTUS and other judicial decisions and illegal unconstitutional judicial legislation spewed out as in CJ John Roberts creating bogus law after reviewing the EbamaCare crapola
