This outbreak is the result of incompetence and ideology. Not only from President Obola but from all of his appointees, especially that fool who runs the CDC.
They did not plan this. They did not plan for this. They have no plan to deal with this. That is the scary part.

Exactly. The incompetence is theirs alone (and it’s tremendous) but the ideology seems to be shared by all our “betters” who are running this country.
I’m pretty sure Bush would have hesitated to impose a travel ban too, at least up until now.
I’m also pretty sure that eventually they will impose a travel ban, but will it be too late?
Why are we supposed to devote ridiculous amounts of our health care resources so that people from Liberia, etc. can come here, to do what? Take a vacation? Visit their families? Sorry, you all are going to have to postpone those plans.
The idea that you can screen anyone for a disease that has a 3 week incubation period is moronic. I don’t think you have to be a doctor to understand that.
Maybe they are fooling themselves, but they are not fooling anyone else.
