What, dare I ask, do they mean, saying “The waste was piled up nearly to the ceiling”? I refuse to believe they’re talking about feces, I certainly hope not. There are all sort of bags in all sort of colors to hold waste and secretions. Of course, all bets are off with Ebola, at this early stage of the epidemic, it is still the Great Unknown. It was almost this bad 25 years ago when AIDS started. Almost this bad.
Maybe the ebola waste didn’t have a incineration procedure... somebody told the head nurse don’t let contaminated bedding, needles, IV bags, catheter, etc into the ‘regular’ carts to be taken to the incinerator.
Sort of like the corner of my college dorm room with the dirty clothes hamper. (Not sure on the relative toxicity).
With AIDS, the government was determined to convince us that “anyone” could get it. Oprah and everyone else was pounding the message that pretty soon, tens of millions of heterosexuals would be dying of AIDS. It was the Lie of the Decade, like Global Warming or Obama Is a Citizen.
Now, the message is that Ebola is no big deal, which Obola does everything he can to make sure it kills millions of us. He’s sent 4000 troops to Africa to pick up Ebola and bring it home.
It was my understanding that hazardous waste is hauled out of state for disposal. That state’s Governor has issued an edict that they will not receive Ebola waste. Could be they have no place to incinerate it yet, but I don’t know if that is the cause of this or not.
Haven’t you read that Duncan died begging for a diaper and after days of projectile vomiting and explosive diarrhea
Just like the woman had carried in Liberia and lied about to get on that plane and according to doctor notes from his 2d visit - still lied about at the hospital
