The people f North Korea have no idea that he has been “missing” at all. This was never mentioned or alluded to in the NK media. It is also pretty much a crime to notice these things.

Yes, I had the same thought but decided it most likely isn’t the sister. The woman’s uniform looks to me like day-to-day duty fatigues and since two or three of the men in the picture were wearing almost the same uniform, I reasoned they may have been cadre of the new quarters/residences for the scientists and who were serving as “hosts” for Kim’s visit.

I wonder if those new residences will have electricity 24/7? I doubt it.

They are sure blatant about the cane. The question is, WHY? Usually in a communist regime they would airbrush that out. What are they trying to say. Why are they trying to portray him as less than god-like? What is up their sleeves?

I remember when grandpa was photographed, the state photographers went out of their way to not photograph that humungous large benign growth behind his neck...but foreign photographers got away with it once in awhile. It showed a flaw in the otherwise god-like Kim il-Sung. What figures here?
