There are people who, if given printing presses to print their own money, would drink the ink, burn the paper to keep warm, and allow the presses to rust into inoperability.

There are some people who are simply so ignorant that they are incapable of not being in poverty, think very highly of their own judgments, and blame others for their own failings.
