In fairness, hyena genitals are very ambiguous looking. Females have what looks like male equipment, even a false scrotum-looking-thing. Often fools laymen.
But these are zookeepers. They (are supposed to) KNOW this.
You would think they’d have an expert or something involved somewhere along the line
