You DO have to pay for 40 days of T-Mobile service. You sign a contract for T-Mobile service and get a T-Mobile phone number. I provided you with the information. Apple is NOT going to violate their contract with a carrier to please you. You can play whatever games you want to. I don't play games with contracts.
