If they really wanted to make this test relevant, they would also ask whether the respondent is conservative or "progressive". They would quickly find out that the conservatives are much better informed.
Oh, wait, that's why they don't ask...

I got two wrong, better than 91%, below 4%, same as 5%.
The first time I took it, though, it said I got 9 of 13 correct, but when I went through the answers, it had scored them as unanswered, even though I had selected the correct answers. So I took it again, and marked all the answers the same as the first time around.
I’m surprised. I don’t really follow news.

same sex marriage was the only one I missed too. For some reason I thought it was still illegal in California

I missed 2... the first one and the Supreme Court swing vote question. I think I was blocking out the stupid same-sex “marriage” item and I had no idea who Anthony Kennedy was.

Ditto on same sex marriage. I guessed when I didn’t see Illinois shaded. IL allows same sex marriage.

I should have gotten this one...
In recent years, which of the following Supreme Court justices has most often been the swing vote in closely divided court cases?
You answered "1 - Antonin Scalia"
The correct answer is "2 - Anthony Kennedy"
But this one I am not claiming, since when is the population of Nigeria "news?"
Below are two charts of population pyramids that illustrate the relative size of age groups for a countrys population. The chart on the left is the population pyramid for the U.S. What countrys population pyramid is shown on the right?
You answered "Israel"
The correct answer is "Nigeria"
