Effluvium
Noun
1. A usually invisible emanation or exhalation, as of vapor or gas.
2. a. A byproduct or residue; waste.
b. The odorous fumes given off by waste or decaying matter.
3. An impalpable emanation; an aura.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

After Reggie left the private meeting in the oval office, the cleaning crew was sent in to remove the Presidential effluvium that remained.
The effluvium emitted from Obama’s pie hole is enough to gag a ISIS terrorist!

Obama? Effluvium’ed his buddies and his WH staffers all over the US taking Michele on “date nights” and one-night supper events and fund raisers with two Air Force one 747’s and a couple of USAF C-17’s to carry the cars, trucks, and limo’s. And his teleprompter.
NO wonder the CO2 levels are so high, and his travel budget so high, and his effectiveness so low.
It would take a Hazmat team to clear it out. A++

Steelworkers Local 2006 is spewing effluvium this morning. They filed a complaint with OSHA over Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s latest campaign ad (linked here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDwE2xoH4kY) They complain that Walker is not wearing proper safety gear in the ad and thus is a bad example. As a consequence, the ad has been shown over and over again (FREE) in every news bradcast across the nation.
Get a grip, guys. It’s an ad!

this is a GREAT word! back from the dentist, STILL not enough contact between the perm crown and the adjoining tooth, has to go back to the lab once again! and i will be back in that chair next week!
