There are a lot of young black and Latino men that we have here in our city that need this initiative,
Why is it these minorities can't help themselves? Why do they always need a gubmint program for everything in their lives?

They do need a government program, as do all of us. The One upon Whose shoulders the government will be. But, they must apply.
The liberal problem is idolizing earthly government. The conservative problem is (often) idolizing self.
