Not support any sort of ‘pathway to citizenship’ or work permit or increase in H1B visas?

I find it hard to believe the Chamber would endorse such a person.

Why do you continue to ignore the liberal bills Harry Reid passed
with the help of McConnell’s Band of RINO’s with their cloture votes?
Does it rub u the wrong way, when many of us remind you that GOP
Senators have the power now, today and have had the power to stop
Obama’s agenda.

Just because these weak kneed sisters have NOT used that power does
not mean that power has NOT been available to them.

McConnells RINO’s have enabled these liberal bills with their cloture votes.
Then paraded around bragging that they voted against the floor bill.
GOPe Senators have enabled Reid. What part of that do you not understand?

I have no issue with Roberts, although I’m not up to speed on that race. McConnell on the other hand, simply doesn’t have a case for the conservative vote. Lets run through the arguments...

1.) But we have to stop Obama!!!!
We have the house, grid-lock does that just fine.

2.) But he has a good vote rating!
Yeah, he votes against us for closure (when it counts) and then with us for his rating (when it doesn’t count).

3.) But we have to stop judges!!!
The number of democrat appointed appellate judges just passed the number of republican appointed appellate judges. McConnell has been an epic failure at stopping bad judge appointments.

4.) We can’t win by losing!
A RINO victory isn’t a win. Bad Republican leadership only means we get blamed for the failures of liberal policies when we compromise (with poor deals) and become part of the problem. For example, the sequester that is destroying our military.... our RINO leadership agreed to that. They are either stupid, or they think we are.

5.) Reagan wasn’t perfect!
We don’t want perfect, we simply want a candidate who has not publicly declared that they will destroy the tea party.

6.) You don’t want to win!
I don’t have faith that McConnell has the backbone to deal with Obama in any way other than giving in. Therefore, taking the Senate isn’t much of a priority to me until we can also take the presidency.

If there is a plan to promote the conservative agenda with a senate majority in 2014, then they need to be specific and start selling it... then make good on it. As is, the only argument seems to be that they are not Democrats... I’m of the opinion that a liberal Republican is worse than a democrat, so “not Democrats” no longer is a compelling reason to vote for a candidate.

OK. How did Roberts vote on these bills?

I apologize made a mistake on this post.

I meant of course that Orman waited to long to file as a Democrat but filed instead as an independent.

Norm you are just clueless on this issue.

I suggest you read some of the writings of those who served in Reagan's White House. They were VERY frustrated by the Nancy Kassebaum and Jan Myers wing of the Republican Party.

All of Kansas’ delegation to Washington is pro 2nd Amendment and none are pro abortion anymore.

I voted for Fisher, but he lost by about three to one.

So, not being a moron, I will vote for Charlie Baker in November!

No logic at all. Just Emotion. Like any other liberal straight from DU.

People sau BS that’s just a cheap shot. No it’s not. Everyone can’t choose their facts and realities. Truth is truth. And it is true that voting GOP gets us more liberalism since RINOs are not dimply lesser evils. Their actions mirror liberal Democrat actions. They are not conservative actions. So one cannot by definition logically vote for a rino to stop or even lessen liberalism as the outcomes are the same.

Amnesty.
No prosecutions
Weapons for terror
Obamacare.

All these are supported by RINOs and Dems alike. Obama’s power comes from a lack of opposition.

As such only emotion and FEAR can explain voting for a RINO. Logic is absent from such a vote and not one of these cheshires can logically excuse more rinos. Just blather more of the same crap that got Romney through the primaries and resulted in 4 more for Barry.

On their shoulders ALL the blame rests.

I do not know how Roberts
voted on cloture votes which is why I said McConnells RINO’s and not Roberts specifically. However, we do know this. GOP senators voted with Reid on numerous liberal bills with cloture votes.

The point is GOP senators, who ever they may be enabled Reid.
When they could have put up a fight. And had/have the power right
now to do so.

You have beat the cloture vote a bit too much.

IT NO LONGER MATTERS! Harry Reid went “nuclear” remember? There is no longer any FILIBUSTER power!

Do you see a difference between Bhoner pushing for amnesty and Barry pushing for amnesty?

How about Debbie Shultz attacking conservatives with the back of the hand thing and Mitch wanting to punch them?

How about Laraza Guttierez speaking at LaRaza and Rick Perry?

Please, show me the difference of these stalwart conservatives and the evil vile dems whose actions are indistinguishable.

You can’t. Their ain’t one.

:Let us not forget the chart Jim used to have on the front page with dozens of mirror policies between rabid leftist Barry and Severe Conservative Mitt.

Hey, don’t plan on me helping you tank the country.

You’re the one who told me to do a search for Orman and Mccaskill. So I did.

And found this:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/09/04/kansas-dem-candidate-must-stay-on-senate-ballot-secretary-state-says/

“Orman contributed to the 2008 presidential campaigns of Democrats Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, but also to moderate Republican Scott Brown’s campaign for the U.S. Senate in Massachusetts in 2010.

In a twist of irony, Orman also contributed in the past to McCaskill’s conservative GOP foe in her 2012 bid to retain her seat, Rep. Todd Akin. However, this was years before a comment from Akin about “legitimate rape” torpedoed his bid to unseat McCaskill.”

And I’m not sure why the kvetching, if the dem is still going to be on the ballot. That alone will split the vote if Orman is really a dim in disguise.

Too little, too late. Liberals control The Courts, Education and the Media. It took them years, but they have succeeded.

Remember when Lefties were called Extremists and Blue States were Conservative States?

It’s like trying to turn around an Aircraft Carrier with a 15HP Outboard Motor.

Just in case you’re keeping score, nobody Represents us, nobody... Well, maybe Cruz and Sessions. LOL

As far as this Site and other Conservative outlets, we are simply Preaching to the Choir and the Church Pews are empty.

Despite our differing viewpoints on what actions to take, we probably agree more than disagree where the rubber meets the road.

Sorry for all the clichés. It’s been a long day.

So maintaining the most liberal House and Senate in memory WITH THEIR LEADERSHIP VOTES was a conservative thing to do?

Those idiots couldn’t even vote conservative in their own ranks, much less stand on the floor of congress and do it and you wanna spew that crap? You cannot be that stupid. You must be a paid shill.

Cloture
Does
Not
Matter

It doesn't! Reid threatened the “nuclear option” if the filibuster or no vote on cloture was over used. Then Reid did it anyway.

It is NOT important because there is no longer any filibuster or true cloture. Reid changed the rules!

Of course it matters dolt. If the damn GOP would stop allowing the votes, half the crap on the books wouldn’t be there in the first place because it wouldn’t get a floor vote and pass.
