I see a deensy little problem.
In short and between the lines, Ukrainian military industry openly defies Poroshenko’s decree banning their exports of aircraft components to Russia. Not only a single company on “DNR” territory involved but other companies from the rest on Ukraine are supplying them with parts and material. Their sales has grown and salaries are more than doubled at least in one of these companies.
Their owners and employees aren’t willing to sacrifice their business and jobs for a EU welfare plantation, that is why the companies are looking to dismantle their facilities to restart in Russia.

I know you equate Ukraine to Russia... but
FIRST: Russia is stealing manufacturing from Ukraine.
SECOND: Production of military equipment for Russia in HIGH-GEAR!
I understand this. The only thing your piece missing is an opinion of factory owners and employees.
Russians are stealing key equipment from a publicly traded company in Ukraine and you are wondering what would the shareholders think?
Let’s try a mental exercise - Mexican army would take key equipment from Intel Corporation manufacturing site from Chandler, Arizona, that give Intel critical competitive advantage in semiconductor fabrication, and take them to Mexico to set up their own Fab there. What do you think the opinion of Intel shareholders and US government would be?
Let’s change this scenario. Imagine that 95% of Intel’s market is in Mexico and Obama has issued an executive order banning Intel’s sells to Mexico. Also imagine that no motherboard in Mexico is compatible with AMD processors for full analogy.
And you still haven’t asked owners, managers and employees.
I guess most of them wouldn’t mind to follow their equipment because their prospects in Ukraine aren’t so bright to say the least.

Let the allegedly looted company complain. Right now it seems like they are ok, working three shifts and employees’ wages doubled.

The other thing you added was employees. If a robber takes extremely valuable key equipment from a company then of course he can offer employees an upgrade in salary to get it running and still come out ahead as he took valuable things for nothing.
Especially when their invasion has destroyed the way of life that those employees had. At any point during the past 20+ years the employees could have moved to St. Petersburg if they had wanted to as there is no serfdom in Ukraine. It took destroying their hometown and stealing the machinery from their place of work to “convince” them.

No! You gleed on the news that Ukrainian company Motor Sich is having their key industrial secrets and equipment stolen and based on these a factory in Russia is going to be built.

BTW, most if not all of Motor Sich technology is of Russian origin. It is a production facility in the first place.
