We all know Target caved to MDA and requested people not bring guns, which MDA took as a outright ban. According to some FB Posts and Tweets I saw recently it seems MDA or their members have realized that nothing has changed policy wise.
I can't find anything official form MDA on a new campaign, but is seems like some of their members might have realized they were lied to and are not happy.
MDA = Mothers Demanding Action

Target missed earnings and was one of the only stores in the sector to do so.....the same Q they implemented this no gun policy.
I stopped shopping there and used to spend about $150 per week.
Ditto. Sent them my cut up Target card and copies of this year’s statement with $1500 charges - plus a letter telling them that they should stay out of their customers’ rights.
I stopped shopping at Sportmart the moment the stopped stocking guns, ammo and related gear.
Ran into a sales clerk and he asked when I was coming back in “they have some amazing sales”.
Pfffttt!!!!
I go to Walmart, Big5 and regular gun stores.
Sportmart can stuff it.
Michael Jordan, when asked why he wouldn’t endorse the Democrat candidate in a 1990 Senate race, said,
“Republicans buy sneakers too.”
Target, and others of their ilk, could learn a thing or two from Mr. Jordan.
Target lied to the liars?
If they didn’t want guns in their stores then why are they called, “Target?”
No no gun signs at mine in Colorado. I conceal carry and would ignore the sign anyway. Those signs are not legally binding. OTOH was at GREAT SAND DUNES PARK and semi open carried on all hikes but had to lock gun in car to enter visitor center and the did have this is a kill zone sign at every entrance.
My local target is a anchor store at a mall. The mall is posted but the target entrance isn’t
Possibly because of their logo?
