Not surprising.
Back in the 70’s a Saudi employee shot his American supervisor for giving him an “average” performance rating.
A Saudi employee is never less than “outstanding”.
The sad part was that the supervisor had gone on vacation right after giving the employee his performance report. His temporary replacement and secretary were shot in their office anyway.
