Does it really matter? You did watch the video didn't you? If so, then I'm sure you noticed their house was one of only a few left on that street that were actually maintained.

Considering all the crap they've gone thru in that particular neighborhood and their mail still doesn't get delivered, who cares what claim they make as long as their mail is finally delivered?

As a side note, if the other neighbors down the street (and you can see their houses in the video) are getting their mail, then what is YOUR explanation as to why they haven't been getting theirs?
