The New Hampshire Supreme Court has upheld a law that provides education tax credits for private schools.
The ruling was unanimous. Justices said that because petitioners couldn't identify any personal injury from a Constitutional error, they failed to prove that the law is unconstitutional.
Governor Maggie Hassan released the following statement following the Supreme Court ruling:
I continue to believe that the voucher tax credit is unconstitutional and am disappointed that the Supreme Court did not rule on the underlying issue."

They did.
The underlying issue is that the simple beeotch doesn’t care what the Constitution says, she just wants the court to rule her way. They ruled that they don’t give a fat d### what she wants.
No! As for the constitutionality of a voucher system, it is constitutional per a decision of the Supreme Court concerning the Milwaukee Public Schools and The Cleveland Public Schools clearing the way for any state to implement a full voucher system for their schools awarding whatever dollar figure they chose to the private school of the parent’s choice.
It is called school choice and like so much about Democrats the only pro-choice thing they are pro-choice about is killing babies.
They, the Left loonies, are fretting over losing money to the religious and the private sector. Money that, they deem, is theirs to fund the Democratic Party of America through the teacher’s union and to support their own pensions and healthcare on the backs of the taxpayers.
They, also, fear that the dumbing-down indoctrination of generations of public-schooled children will be evident and ultimately less effective, once the private and religious schools far surpass the mediocrity of their cherished political institutions in education, especially, in US History, religious moral traditions, and critical thinking skills.
Hopefully, Maggie will be a one term ‘wonder’.
